Delivery terms

We package our wooden products in at least stretch film and cardboard packaging.

Shipping location: Myszków, Poland. Our products are nearly identical in size but weigh differently: 8 and 12.5 kg.

We ship parcels within Europe using the courier company DPD Poland. We ship to the US and Canada via FedEx.

 Shipping costs are calculated based on package size rather than weight, so the shipping price is often the same regardless of the product. Shipping costs to the US and Canada are generally constant at approximately $140. Upon delivery, FedEx may charge the buyer a duty of typically $60-85.

Shipping costs within Europe vary by country, but generally range from €30-55. Shipping costs to Switzerland and Portugal are particularly high, where they can cost up to €90.
